Keeping Member data up to date and accurate is a critical piece of an Emergency Communication Plan. 

Message911 heard from many admins asking for a better way for members to verify and update their own data. The "Validate Contact Info By Email" feature only takes a few clicks by the account admin and all of your members will receive email in their inbox to verify their data.  If the information is accurate members do nothing, but if changes are needed they have a link that allows them to add, update or delete information which is saved directly into the account.

So, the next time a communication is sent the member will receive it in the format they have desired.
